<div><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">необходимости изготавливаются лицом, </span><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">принявшим декларацию о соответствии, на белой бумаге формата А4,</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;">контролю, не менее 10 % (приказ Минздрава СССР от 29.01.1988 N 65) от поступившей партии. Осмотр СИЗ</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;">должен включать оценку полноты и наличия маркировки, а также внешнего вида изделия.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Маркировка. Вся маркировка должна быть на русском языке и сохраняться в течение всего срока службы СИЗ.</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">В соответствии с ТР ТС 019/2011 каждая единица средств индивидуальной защиты должна содержать:</span></div>

<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">4. Обозначение настоящего технического регламента Таможенного союза, требованиям которого</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">должно </span><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 35.45pt;">соответствовать СИЗ.</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">5. Единый знак обращения продукции на рынке государств-членов Таможенного союза.</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">6. Дату (месяц, год) изготовления или дату окончания срока годности, если она установлена.</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">7. Сведения о классе защиты и климатическом поясе (при необходимости).</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">8. Сведения о способах ухода и требования к утилизации СИЗ.</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">9. Сведения о документе, в соответствии с которым изготовлено СИЗ.</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Указания по эксплуатации должны содержать следующую информацию:</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">• Область применения.</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">• Ограничения применения СИЗ по факторам воздействия, а также по возрастным категориям и</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;"> • внешнее состояние СИЗ, например, очковых и смотровых стекол, отсутствие острых кромок, раковин,</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">трещин, наплывов, сколов и других дефектов;</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'times new roman', times;"> • прочность крепления соединительных узлов (клапанов выдоха, резинок оголовья, оснастку и пр.).</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Качественное и внимательное проведение процедуры входного контроля поможет также выявить</span></div>
