<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">принимаемой и поступившей на предприятие.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">• <b><span style="background: yellow;">Сертификат должен имеет оригинальную печать лаборатории. Копия сертификата может быть</span></b></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'times new roman', times;"><b><span style="background: yellow;">заверена производителем, органом, выдавшим сертификат, или нотариусом. <span style="color: red;">Компании-поставщики</span></span></b></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'times new roman', times;"><b><span style="background: yellow;"><span style="color: red;">не имеют права заверять копии сертификатов/деклараций, держателем (заявителем) которых они не</span></span></b></span></div>

<div><b style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 13.2px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"></span></b><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;">Поступившие на предприятие средства индивидуальной защиты должны подвергаться выборочному</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;">контролю, не менее 10 % (приказ Минздрава СССР от 29.01.1988 N 65) от поступившей партии. Осмотр СИЗ</span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;">должен включать оценку полноты и наличия маркировки, а также внешнего вида изделия.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Маркировка. Вся маркировка должна быть на русском языке и сохраняться в течение всего срока службы СИЗ.</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">В соответствии с ТР ТС 019/2011 каждая единица средств индивидуальной защиты должна содержать:</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">• маркировку, нанесенную на само изделие (допускаются исключения для противошумных вкладышей,</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">СИЗ глаз, СИЗ от падения с высоты);</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">• маркировку на упаковке изделия;</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">• эксплуатационную документацию.</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Маркировка средств индивидуальной защиты должна содержать следующую обязательную </span><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 35.45pt;">информацию:</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">1. Наименование изделия (при наличии наименование модели, кода, артикула).</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">2. Наименование изготовителя и (или) его товарный знак (при наличии).</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">3. Защитные свойства, размер (при наличии).</span></div>
