There may be times when you’re putting in a lot of work in your daily routine and not achieving the results you’re looking for. Then you start lifting the weight, you break form, then you might break your back. This variable is overlooked most by newbie lifters who see the next best thing, and immediately hop to it. Also since I'm trying to lose weight and lifting weight 5 times a week there is 0 chance unless I'm taking PEDs that I can recover from weight training and running 10 miles a day.
