I tested a few things before posting and didn't notice a difference either.  It also lags netflix when a minor thing loads up like opening a program or something.  seems like the GPU is dedicating all of its focus on running the main game.  PS: Specs I7-8700k@4.  Changed to window mode, now the stuttering is way better, but now when i click play on netflix on the second monitor, i get a rainbow monitor and my pc crashes.
