It can&rsquo;t tell if the engine is still pulling 5000 RPM worth of vacuum or 1800 RPM worth of vacuum, and all the vacuum from the engine has to go through the same tiny slide opening.  When you turn the throttle it sticks then pops loose.  At almost full throttle i can let go and it sticks there.
