A lot less walking compared to picking.  Every time I stow one of those 30 toys into a pod the website will have another one of those toys available.  There will be T1 associates in inbound receive and stow doing problem solve, someone handling IOL, we have an ISS PA as well.  Stow really makes you work your hand muscles because some items are packaged to the tea and you have to take them out to stow but other than that it's fairly easy.  Learn about Amazon.  Have your TC skills sharpened up on stow versus replenish.  Easiest in a way is being a PA.  I enjoy stowing the boxes but mainly because seeing a sled full of loaded ass totes makes my brain hurt lol.  You will got to the VRC and they will tell you where you are for the day what floor so forth. I was explained the metric of measurement was weekly stow rate for EVERYBODY! Most stowers work fulltime (40 hours) some even pick up extra shifts (60 hours) I was being compared to them. Combine that poor communication with Amazons general atmosphere of constant fear of being fired and you got yourself some nice over stuffed pods.  Everything I get is large and not only that, I rarely get the right sized pod to stow large items in and when I do get a bigger pod, it&rsquo;s nearly already stuffed so I can only stow 2-5 things! It&rsquo;s so frustrating because I know I&rsquo;m being tracked for productivity, but the computer won&rsquo;t show the pod I got and how packed it already is.
